The Diploma Program is catered to Full-time students that would wish to have a future career in the Culinary Industry. The program will provide the fundamentals as well as the necessary knowledge and skills to prepare them in their chosen field. It is geared in preparing the students to become “Globally Competitive Professionals”.
The Program will lead to FIVE TESDA National Certificate in:

- NC III in Commercial Cookery
- NC II in Bread and Pastry Production
- NC II in Food and Beverage Services
- NC II in Bartending
