This program will lead to a TWO TESDA National Certificate
- NC II in Cookery

The Professional Certificate Program in Baking and Pastry Arts is approximately 4 month comprehensive training that caters to working professionals, to prepare them in their future career in the kitchen / restaurant operation .
The program will lead to a TESDA National Certificate II in Bread and Pastry Production.
PROGRAM DURATION: 272 Hours
REQUIRED: 300 Hours OJT after the in-school training
Classes are whole-day 8:00am to 5:00pm
