Professional Certificate in Baking & Pastry Arts (PCBPA)
The Professional Certificate Program in Baking & Pastry Arts is approximately 4 month comprehensive training that caters to working professionals, to prepare them in their future career in the kitchen / restaurant operation. The program will lead to a TESDA National Certificate II in Bread and Pastry Production.
