Program Description

The Diploma Program is catered to full-time students that would wish to have a future career in the Culinary Industry. The program will provide the fundamentals as well as the necessary knowledge and skills to prepare them in their chosen field. It is geared in preparing students to become “Globally Competitive Professionals”

 

This program will lead to FOUR (4) TESDA National Certificate II in the following:

  • Cookery
  • Bread and Pastry Production
  • Food and Beverage Services
  • Bartending

Schedule

In-house Training Duration: 8 to 12 months / 3 Terms
Approx. 720 hours of Hands-on & Classroom Activities
Internship: 4 months / 600 hours
Classes are whole-day 8:00am to 5:00pm
Class Schedule can be twice or thrice a week
Batch 29 – will start October 4, 2017
Batch 30 – will start November 15, 2017
