Modular Certificate in Baking & Pastry Arts (MCBPA L2)

Program Description

Baking and Pastry Arts Modular Program Level 2, focuses on advance Baking and Pastry Topics and Techniques. Students that will be joining this program are required to have working knowledge and experience in the field of Baking and Pastry Arts and / or have finished the MCBPA Level 1 – Fundamentals or the Professional Certificate Program in Baking and Pastry Arts.
This program is geared towards experienced Bakers and / or Pastry Chef’s that would wish to further enhance their skills and gain more knowledge in their chosen field.
Trainees will begin the program by having a review of the Food Safety and Sanitation and other Baking Principles, then moves on to Breads, Cakes, Pastries, Desserts and for the Final Session – Fondant Making with Airbrush Techniques.

Batch 1 – SATURDAY Class starts October 7, 2017
ONCE A WEEK – SATURDAY Class (Both in Cubao and Marikina Branch)
Class Schedule is from 3pm to 7pm
2 modules with 4 sessions each
