Hospitality Arts Program Admission Process

1. Student or representative will fill up the Program Registration Form from the Admissions Office

2. Submit the form then pay the reservation fee (Deposit at UnionBank)

2.1 Reservation fee – P8,000.00 for theDiploma Programs

2.2 Reservation fee – P5,000.00 for the Professional Certificate and Modular Certificate Programs

2.3 Reservation fee – P2,000.00 for other Program offering

3. Schedule of Program fees will be provided upon payment

4. Schedule of Interview and Aptitude test will be provided as well.

Form 138 Card ** or any proof of educational attainment

2pcs 2×2 ID Picture

1pc 1×1 ID Picture

Photocopy Birth Certificate

Certificate of Good Moral Character

Employment Certificate for employed trainees
